JUNE 8: FM 94.9 Miller Lite Independence Jam featuring Flogging Molly, Cold War Kids and many others Independence means not paying Ticketmaster for big service fees. Tickets are only sold for this event through FM 94.9. Many of the proceeds support charitable causes and, of course, you will be supporting new and up-and-coming musicians.

JUNE 17-18: Hippie Fest-A Concert for Peace and Love with Jack Bruce of Cream Festival organizer Toby Ludwig explains the idea of the show in a recent press statement: "This festival is for people who weren't around in the '60s and '70s or were and just can't seem to remember. Bring your parents, your grandparents and your kids. Come be a hippie for a day!"

JUNE 21: Technomania Circus "Pyros y Pyasos" This year's underground circus showcases acrobats, blacklights, music and more. It's a celebration of the performance arts with an indie twist and no animal cruelty. The only way to explain this circus is to experience it!

JUNE 25: Ani Difranco with special guest Martyn Joseph If you love angsty lyrics about love lost then found, politics and everything in between, you'll truly enjoy Ani's folksy interpretations of the world.
