Persian and Turkish Music Event

Scheduled performers for the event include Turkish musician Yusuf Gurtas, visual artist Zekiye Yaman and the Persian music group Dornob. The Center for Islamic and Arabic Studies and the San Diego Dialog Group is sponsoring the event. It is free and open to the public.

Day Hike, Cedar Creek Falls
9 a.m., Aztec Center Recreation Center
A 15-passenger van will depart from the ARC around 9 a.m. and arrive at about 10:30 a.m. at the trailhead in Cedar Creek Falls. The group will return to SDSU by 6 p.m. after exploring and hiking six to eight miles throughout the day. Prices vary from $45 for ARC members, $50 for SDSU students and $65 for the general community.
