Strong families will save black community

For all the apparent advances the black community has made, it still faces grinding levels of poverty and imprisonment. This group in particular suffers from rampant drug use, crime and violence, devastating generation after generation of young black people who find it nearly impossible to get out of inner-city wastelands.
