When we think of oil barons and people who have a vested interest in oil, we normally think of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, which still control about two-thirds of the world's oil reserves.

What we usually don't think about, though, is a middle class American family with a stable income and retirement plans. Tens of millions of Americans have shares in the U.S. oil and natural gas industry, according to a recent study headed by Robert J. Shapiro.

Like most college students these days, I'm always on the go. Typically, I only have a few minutes to grab food in between class, work and the million other things that eat up my precious time.
When I'm crunched for time, I try to reach for the healthiest option, but sometimes I cave in to fast-food and other unhealthy food joints such as 7-Eleven.

Sixteen years ago, MTV redefined reality television with the premiere of the first season of "The Real World." Today, however, this is certainly not the case. With the complete lack of likeability of this season's "Real World" cast and the sheer stupidity of "A Shot at Love 2 with Tila Tequila," MTV reality is steadily going downhill.

Nevertheless, a 1973 film of Heston's helped give birth to some metal - specifically Louisana-based metal band Soilent Green.
