It’s 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 4. I huddle with campers around an Aztec Adventure van in the Aztec Recreation Center turnaround, eager to begin our rock-climbing trip.

This year, SDSU Dining Services is offering all residence hall students four meal plan options: Meals Plus Plan, 10 Meal Plan, Flex 7 Plan and Flex 5 Plan.

Being thrown into this hectic environment where new people, parties, lack of sleep and excessive alcohol consumption prevail, aka the dorms, it’s no wonder students often gain a couple extra pounds.
