Apart from being a distinguished culinary experience with an achieved and distinguished chef, Anthology also caters to the ears. Live music is played that ranges from jazz to Latin.

Anthology is three stories tall, which offers spectators options when it comes to booking their seats. The ground level is where the bar and the stage are located as well as booths and long tables in front of the stage. The second level is known as the mezzanine level, where there are more tables and more intimate booths.
