SDSU crime and incident report: Vandalism and disturbing the peace

Vandalism

Vandalism occurred at Hardy Tower at some point between the evening of Tuesday, Nov. 11, and the afternoon of Wednesday, Nov. 12.

The “I” and “H” letters were removed from the School of Public Health sign.

A theft report was taken, according to San Diego State Police.

Disturbing the peace

Two unknown men attacked a student at the Aztec Recreation Center on Friday, Nov. 13, at 1 a.m.

The student was reportedly bleeding from the head but denied all medical and police assistance, Sgt. Steven Harshaw said.

Mentally ill person

A man at the SDSU transit center was reportedly hearing voices telling him to take pills Friday, Nov. 13, shortly after 2 p.m.

The man had schizophrenia, according to SDSU Police.

Police were unable to locate him.

Trespassing

There was a report on Sunday, Nov. 15, shortly after 1:30 p.m of a possible homeless man or woman living in an unoccupied apartment.

The report came from a staff member at Villa Alvarado Residence Hall.

The report was unfounded, according to SDSU Police.
